Over the past 40 years Bob Hitchcock has led multiple organizations and managed highly successful teams, ranging from his own start-up to a division of a former Fortune 500 corporation.

After working in England and France in consumer goods sales/marketing for the William Wrigley Jr. Company Bob moved back to the U.S. to focus on a career in the computer industry.  Bob began his career in sales with IBM in San Francisco followed by increasingly responsible sales management positions in Toronto and Los Angeles. From IBM Bob was recruited to lead sales and marketing operations for the Computer Products Division of Ampex Corporation (a Fortune 500 company). Under Bob’s leadership, the division grew from $60 million to $122 million in sales over a two-year period.

In the 1980’s Bob led the sales and marketing operation of Navteq, the world leader in computer navigation systems and also directed international sales and marketing operations for The Complete PC, an industry leading computer peripherals company. Bob established and built their OEM operation and expanded their international operation into 10 new major European and Asian markets.

In the 90’s Bob was President and CEO of Datavision Technologies, a one-to-one direct marketing company that developed and patented the process of delivering customized video and audio presentations for interactive television and the Internet. Under Bob’s guidance the company created and launched a professional services product for the education market that became an industry standard and was named product of the year. Additionally the company developed personalized direct marketing programs for multiple major corporations such as Lexus, American Express, and The Disney Company. In 1999 it was successfully sold to an east coast firm.

Bob founded The Results Group, is a Managing Director and actively involved in client relationships.

Bob’s clients have included both privately funded companies and publicly traded corporations. The firm works on a nationwide basis with particular emphasis on the western United States.

Bob has a BS in marketing from the University of Oregon and an MBA, with honors and distinction, in international management from the Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management.

After undergraduate school and prior to receiving his MBA Bob was an officer and flew jets for the U.S. Navy.

Richard Burge has 35+ years experience in operations management, commercial development, and business ownership including multi-location retail and lease negotiations.

Richard began his professional career in the early 1970s as an analytical water chemist in the greater metropolitan Los Angeles area assessing the performance of and troubleshooting large municipal wastewater treatment facilities and the large variety of industrial wastes and toxins flowing into them. In addition to conducting research and development of water treatment products used in industrial heating and cooling systems, Richard spent many years consulting in private industrial wastewater pretreatment and pollution control.

Familiar with a broad cross-section of manufacturing processes, Richard specializes in working with companies that have an industrial focus

Consequently, over the past seven years he has represented a variety of manufacturers, highly specialized contracting firms, wholesale distributors, steel fabricators (production and job shops), precision machine companies, and trucking firms. Richard has structured transactions resulting in mergers, asset and stock sales, as well as recapitalizations of lower middle market companies with revenues of $4-50 million.

After ten years as Operations Manager for a San Francisco Bay Area chain of hardware stores and home centers, and following several commercial property development projects, Richard owned and operated an export company, Iguana Ameramex, whose warehouse and principal offices were located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Working primarily within the central and southern Mexican states and leveraging the experience gained from more than 30 years of travel throughout the country, he directed the purchasing, consolidation, and shipment of full containers of handcrafted rustic and colonial furniture, pottery, ceramics, wrought iron, blown glass, and folk art to stock a series of seven large format retail home décor stores that he owned and operated or exclusively supplied in Washington, California, Texas, Utah, and Missouri. Thus, his hands-on familiarity with long haul shipping scheduling gives him special insights into the workings and requirements of trucking and logistics clients.

Richard has substantial experience in financial assessment and market based business valuations. He holds a B.S. in Management from San Francisco State University and has a strong track record of achieving optimum results for sellers as well as acquirers.
